The Brief:
Starting with a single image, directly from Maxmara CD Ian Griffiths, a photo of the horizon on the ocean, we developed an entire campaign,
The Response:
We printed the image on semi-transparent gauze and layered it throughout the space to create a show-stopping perspective.
These layers then formed the structure for a conceptual pop-up, with spaces for rails and mannequins. The internal walls of the cash desk and
changing room were mirrored, to expand the horizon further.
This layered gauze also formed the window design, which was explored in MaxMara
flagship store on St Honore, an ideal store for exploring small, large and open back windows. We maintained the sense of
perspective by reducing the size of the aperture on the back panels.
We introduced 3D printed poodle props, a nod back to Ian.
